All the doctors I interacted with were competent and personable. Willing to explain and discuss the treatment plan and answer questions. Not rushing. Waiting time is minimal and predictable. One thing I want to complement the staff is their adherence to disinfecting the equipment in front of me and practice good hand hygiene. It’s important in this post pandemic and flu season as hand to eye contact is a risk to passing infection. I hope the staff will continue this best practice. Great job for protecting the patients!!. Also complements to the leadership for ensuring this first rate practice. Please keep up this good work.

My mom was having an eye emergency and I looked for any doctors office open after 6:30pm. Coming across Kung Eye Centers page, I made the call. I was pleased with the receptionist and her ability to accommodate us so quickly. Upon entering, I was very impressed with the state of the art facility, and extremely kind and courteous staff. Doctor Yu was friendly, explained my moms situation and made her feel at ease. We will be back!
